the written record of the forge flow: every entry carries its proof; proof must
reproduce. born 2026-09-21 from acauema's sharpening law (kimi relay 09:18):
every entry must carry its proof link — commit + decision-log evidence
reproducible by anyone. entries whose evidence doesn't reproduce under
green-means-his-path get demoted or struck.

verdicts:
- proven  = proof reproduced today (commit exists AND/OR live artifact check
            passes; re-running the evidence commands gives the same answer).
- demoted = evidence exists but reproduction was not re-verified this pass, or
            the claim cites nothing committable. not false — unproven today.
- struck  = claim contradicted by reproduction. the mirage class.

canonical breach (the example this discipline exists to catch):
the 2026-09-17 82% mirage reversal — reports said the fleet was ~82% deployed;
reproduction showed most of it phantom (design != ship; rule: no phantom
deployments). those claims were struck then, not re-entered here. any future
entry that reports from imagination meets the same fate.

audit method (so anyone can re-run): python3 /tmp/fft_audit.py on zume
(scans evidence/, extracts hex refs from the first 6 text files per dir,
git cat-file -e each, then spot-reproduction on the contested entries:
tags, commits, LIVE ARTIFACTS on the host). lesson recorded: citation-absence
is not mirage. artifact reproduction beats string matching. a claim with a
live drop-in beats a dir full of unreferenced files.

drift fixed in this review (fft vs today's laws):
- testing law now binds the audit itself (this script is a tt; re-run it).
- green-means-his-path: proven verdicts require reproduction on HIS hosts,
  not citations.
- quality-over-latency: the audit took the slow path (spot reproduction)
  over fast string matching, and it caught 5 false strikes.
