the date-time-timezone stamp: yyyymmddthhmmavi. a calendar date, 24h time, and the zone — on every stamp, always. no utc assumption, no am/pm, no "is that my time or yours?". it sorts itself: alphabetical order = time order.

format

2026 10 13 t 15 30 waw
yyyy mm dd t hhmm tz

examples

20261013t1530waw   = 2026-10-13 15:30 in warsaw (CEST, utc+2)
20261013t1330utc   = same instant, utc
20261013t0930jfk = same instant, new york
20261013t2230hnd   = same instant, tokyo

20261013d1111waw   = acauema's stamp style: 11:11 warsaw, 2026-10-13

rules

  1. never stamp without the zone. "14:50" alone = dunno which reality.
  2. 24h only. euro-locale numbers.
  3. sharing across zones: convert, or stamp both — reader never does math.
  4. filenames and logs love it: sortable by sort, greppable, no punctuation to escape.
