why flovur?
telegram ties your identity to a phone number. signal asks for one too. matrix leaks metadata. delta chat inherits email's baggage. all of them depend on servers someone else controls.
flovur gives you one flow format — each identity keeps its own append-only flow. append to it. sync directly with peers or through replicas you choose. search it with achoz. optionally attach Taler payment requests and receipts. no mandatory phone identity, central server, or platform account stands between you, your data, and the people you talk to.
how it works
every piece of your digital life — a message, a note, a file reference, a payment — appends to the same append-only log. you own the file. you decide where it syncs. when you go offline, it queues. when you reconnect, it merges. no silent overwrites — concurrent events remain visible. no lost messages, no "connecting..." spinner.
the blunt truth
flovur cannot make copied data disappear. Retractions help willing peers, replicas, and search tools stop showing or carrying it; leaked credentials still need rotation.
