livre means "libre" in portuguese, a different world definition of freedom more to the corner of iberia, includes more of africa, and the biggest country/area in south america. to ahoxus, it means we need a better way to express what we mean by "free": never "gratis" or free as in beer, yet livre does mean a lot of it will be cost free (or negligible), so nobody needs to pay anything to use it.
